Terms And Conditions
1. The recipient of a homesCLUB Rewards Account is entitled to Instant Cash Rewards with participating suppliers listed at homesCLUB Rewards. Your homesCLUB Rewards account will pay a portion of the total charges at each participating supplier. The remaining balance of charges for each participating supplier cannot be paid from your homesCLUB Rewards account and must be charged to a major credit card at the time of transaction. All transactions must be made through the homesCLUB Membership Website, call center or designated affiliate. Please refer to the aforementioned website for current award levels for each participating supplier.
2. Upon confirmation and full payment, the amount of the homesCLUB Rewards Reward you have redeemed will be subtracted from the current balance of your homesCLUB Rewards Account.
3. Transactions may be made for the homesCLUB Rewards account holder or family as long as the purchaser is 18 years or older.
4. Due to the special cooperative participation for these offers, payment in full is due when a transaction is confirmed.
GENERAL
1. This homesCLUB Rewards reward may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, promotions or special offers, special rate programs, including, but not limited to: upgrades, tour/travel packages, group, internet, convention/company meeting, senior rates, companion rates, 3rd or 4th person rates, student or child rates, early bookings or value added price programs or repeat passenger or repeat guest programs, or industry discounts.
2. All transactions after the initial purchases, including but not limited to, revisions and cancellations, if allowed and subject to all fees, must be done through the website, call center or designated affiliate.
3. Terms, cancellation policies, hotel or resort or other supplier participation is subject to change without notice.
4. Applicable Service Fee are fees to cover the costs incurred by homesCLUB Membership Program in servicing your transaction.
5. In some cases, there may be changes in circumstances that are beyond the control of homesCLUB Membership Program and its affiliates. Accordingly, homesCLUB Membership Program and its affiliates reserve the right to substitute the components and suppliers of the offer should circumstances so require.
6. homesCLUB Membership Program , its agents, assignees and designees, act only as agents for the hotels, resorts, and suppliers, and do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, injury, accident, death or damage to any persons or property, whatsoever, with any supplier or at any hotel, resort, aircraft or in transit to and from said venues, or any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to weather or mechanical breakdowns, war, acts of God or acts of Terrorism, arising from or in conjunction with services provided.
7. homesCLUB Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash surrender value.
RESPONSIBILITY
1. The terms of this award in its entirety may not be modified unless authorized in writing by a corporate officer of homesCLUB Membership Program. homesCLUB Membership Program is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
2. By submitting a completed customer profile at the time of homesCLUB Rewards account activation, the purchaser consents to be bound by all the terms and conditions as stated herein. The recipient signifies further agreement to these terms and conditions by submission of final payment to homesCLUB Membership Program for any travel arrangements and/or supplier offer transactions.
3. This homesCLUB Rewards award may be distributed, free of charge, only by authorized businesses as a promotional device. It may not be sold or re-sold without the written authority of a corporate officer of homesCLUB Membership Program; and any such sale will invalidate any redemption rights hereunder. This homesCLUB Rewards award cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration. No refunds shall be provided for any unused portion of this award.
4. Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in US dollars.
5. It is the responsibility of the traveler to review and verify the accuracy of all documents and correspondence with regard to names, dates, and room and/or cabin category. The traveler will be responsible for any errors or omissions not brought to the attention of homesCLUB Membership Program within 24 hours of receipt of those documents or email confirmation.
6. THESE AWARDS ARE NOT VALID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. All federal, state, and local laws apply. homesCLUB Membership Program assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this award by any distributor and /or their agent(s) other than those included in this award.
7. All homesCLUB Rewards award value expires one year from award date unless otherwise stipulated.
HOTELS & TRAVEL
1. The homesCLUB Rewards amount that may be redeemed for each reservation varies depending but not limited to the location, length of stay and desired travel dates. homesCLUB Rewards are applied to the most competitive, unrestricted published prices offered directly from hotels, resorts or other participating suppliers. homesCLUB Rewards are applied at the time of transaction for Instant Savings Rewards at the point of purchase.
2. When a transaction includes travel, one of the travelers must be at least 18 years of age and must have a major credit card in his/her name at the time of check-in or boarding to cover any incidental charges incurred during the stay. The travel supplier determines the minimum age requirement.
3. Hotel cancellation and refund policies along with cancellation fees, if applicable, vary by travel supplier and will be disclosed at the time of booking.
4. All airlines tickets are totally non-refundable. There is an industry standard $15 per ticket administrative charge assessed at the time of your reservation and ticket purchase. Should you purchase more than two tickets at the same time for the identical itinerary and on the same reservation, you may apply your homesCLUB Rewards to the additional $15 per ticket administrative charge for those tickets exceeding the initial two. Name changes are not permitted. Any changes to an existing airline reservation will result in a $30 per ticket administrative fee, in addition to any penalties assessed by the airline.
5. Cruise cancellation and refund policies along with cancellation fees, if applicable, vary by travel supplier and will be disclosed at the time of booking. Any revision or cancellation to an existing cruise reservation will result in a $75 per cabin administrative fee, in addition to any charges imposed by the cruise line.
6. Tax Recovery Charge, taxes charged on homesCLUB Membership Program transactions is a recovery of all applicable transaction taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, airport surcharges, airport fees, etc.) that homesCLUB Membership Program pays to the vendors (e.g. hotels, airlines, etc.) in connection with your travel arrangements.
7. Blackout Dates: Seasonal/Holiday blackouts may apply. Availability may be limited during certain peak times and is limited to special allotments for the homesCLUB Membership Program. When requesting travel during peak times please allow as much advance notice as possible. Reservation requests are subject to homesCLUB Membership Program availability as determined by the supplier.
8. Reservations are based on availability and are limited to what appears on the homesCLUB Rewards website at the time of transaction.
9. Transportation to/from the hotel, cruise or resort, if required, is not included. Prices displayed on the homesCLUB Rewards website DO NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The supplier will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon checkout.
10. For hotel and resort reservations the traveler must present a copy of the confirmation letter at check-in. You may be denied check-in without this document. If you need additional copies of your confirmation before you travel please visit the MY ACCOUNT section on the website. Any of your pending confirmations may be viewed and printed.
CONDOMINIUMS
1. Guests are subject to the same rules and regulations as would be the host resorts member. Any damage caused to the resort or its property is the responsibility of the guest. Failure to comply with resort rules and regulations or disruptive behavior may result in the withdrawal of accommodations. homesCLUB Membership Program will provide no refunds, credits, or alternative accommodations in the event accommodations are withdrawn.
2. Resort amenities may change. homesCLUB Membership Program assumes no responsibility or liability for any such changes. homesCLUB Membership Program does not make any comment regarding the quality of the resorts listed, but ratings by other organizations may be provided. homesCLUB Membership Program is not responsible for different standards and customs in other countries.
3. The resort reserves the right to assign any unit of the same size and occupancy as confirmed on this confirmation. Oceanfront and ocean view units are not guaranteed unless specifically noted on the confirmation. If a resort cancels your reservation due to overbooking, homesCLUB Membership Program accepts no responsibility other than to rebook you into another resort in the same general area for the same time period (i.e., if you were booked into Orlando, FL USA, homesCLUB Membership Program Rewards will rebook you into another resort in the Orlando area).
4. Cancellation Policy - All confirmations are final and non-refundable. Condominium reservations cannot be cancelled
5. Guest must be at least 22 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.
6. Guest must call resort if arriving late or on a day other than the arrival date shown, in order to hold the reservation.
7. A major credit card and/or security deposit may be required upon check in.
8. Price shown does not include incidental charges such as telephone calls or taxis. Some resorts require additional fees for the use of certain amenities and facilities. These fees are determined and collected at the host resort. Occupancy taxes and other such fees (i.e., key, security, damage, utility, etc.) that may be required by some resorts are the guests responsibility.
9. Guests are responsible to know what legal documents are needed to enter different countries.
TOURS
1. All tour prices are per person based on double occupancy and are quoted in U.S. dollars. Single rates apply as stipulated. Rates are subject to change without notice. Once your deposit is received the land portion of your vacation price is guaranteed; however, airfares are subject to change at any time.
2. Cancellation Fees - Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs, the following fees will apply. If you cancel, nonrecoverable expenses of our suppliers will be charged, plus the following per person charges for escorted and independent packages:
60 days or more: Forfeiture of deposit
59 to 30 days before departure: 50% of total package price per person
29 days or less & No shows: 100% of total package price per person
3. Refunds - Program Manager, its affiliates, distributors and/or their respective suppliers cannot be responsible for delays or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather or other factors beyond their control. Should an additional overnight be required due to any of these causes, the hotel, meals and associated costs will be the passenger's responsibility. Any refund owed to you will be made directly to your credit card account. Refunds are made on the basis of savings recovered from non-use of hotels, etc. No refund will be made for any unused group services. No refund will be granted for missing sightseeing or meals, etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS (non-travel related products)
1. If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 48 hours of purchase by calling homesCLUB Membership Program Customer Service at 1-800-425-9814. After that time, your order cannot be cancelled or changed, and is completely non-refundable.
2. Within the time frame above, orders may only be cancelled in total, not by individual items.
3. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for magazine subscriptions to begin.
4. For the return of damaged items or receipt of incorrect items call homesCLUB Membership Program Customer Service at 1-800-217-1015.
5. At this time we only ship within the US, US-Puerto Rico and Canada. Shipping to Puerto Rico and Canada are subject to an additional $1.00 US shipping fee.
6. Florida residents are subject to 6% sales tax.

NEVADA RECOVERY FUND FOR CONSUMERS DAMAGED BY SELLERS OF TRAVEL - You may be eligible for payment from the Recovery Fund if you have paid money to a seller of travel registered in this state for the purchase of travel services or a vacation certificate and you have suffered certain financial damages as a result of the transaction.
